依法健全社会保障基金监管体系。

It is imperative to improve the regulatory system for social security funds with law-based steps.

坚持政策、经办、信息、监督“四位一体”风险防控，强化人防、制防、技防、群防“四防”协同，严格基金监督，提升管理水平，

We will follow a four-pronged risk mitigation and control approach covering policy, operation, information, and supervision and coordinating the four elements of staff, administrative arrangement, technology, and the general public, so as to tighten fund regulation and management.

以零容忍态度严厉打击欺诈骗保、套保或挪用贪占等违法行为，守牢社保基金安全底线。

We will take a zero-tolerance approach to social insurance fraud as well as speculation, misappropriation, and embezzlement of social security funds, to ensure the safety of funds.

加强工作人员教育管理，强化内部人员惩治问责，常态化警示通报，不断提高思想认识，充分发挥主观能动性。

We will improve education and management of personnel, strengthen punishment and accountability for internal staff, and regularly circulate warning notices, so as to enhance the knowledge and understanding of staff and give full play to their individual initiative.

加强建章立制，防范政策风险，完善经办流程，健全监督机制。

We will strengthen rules and norms, guard against policy risks, improve work procedures, and enhance regulatory mechanisms.

加强信息化建设和应用，常态化筛查疑点数据，严格信息系统管理，推进系统互联互通和信息共享，用信息系统和联网数据规范基金运行。

We will strengthen IT application, carry out regular screening for suspicious data, tighten the management of information systems, and promote interconnectivity and data-sharing, to facilitate regulation through information systems and online data.

推动社会监督，营造各方面共同维护基金安全的良好氛围。

We will also promote society-based supervision and encourage all sectors to collectively keep social security funds safe.
