2006年春夏，我大学毕业， 肩背行囊，登上渡船，金陵出发，顺江而下，到达魔都， 加入ATC (安靠封装测试上海有限公司，简称ATC).

感激三年的ATC职业生涯教会了我为人之道，处事之道。当年的离职信（多有外籍同事，故用以双语）表达我对ATC的那些人，那些事的感情，衷心希望ATC越来越好！

不要问父母能为你做什么，而要问你能为父母做什么！

不要问公司能为你做什么，而要问你能为公司做什么！

不要问社会能为你做什么，而要问你能为社会做什么！

不要问国家能为你做什么，而要问你能为国家做什么！

The Torch Has Been Passed to a New Generation of ATC

朋友们，同事们：

My dear friends and my fellow workers:

今天是我在ATC的最后一天，我怀着无比谦卑，无比遗憾，无比骄傲的心对你们说：再见了，我的朋友们。

我谦卑是因为有幸加入到一个卓越的公司，与一群优秀的人才共事了三年；我遗憾是因为前面的一切即将成为历史，成为永恒的回忆；我骄傲是因为其间我见证了ATC的成长，壮大和繁荣。

This is my last day working in ATC, with a sense of deep humility,much regret and great proud, I have to say goodbye to all my dear friends.

I feel humble because it was my honor to join such a a preeminent comapay, working with a talent team of talents for three years;I feel regret because what we have experienced together will become a history and a memory of eternity; However, I still feel proud because I have witnessed the whole process of ATC's growth and flourish.

三年前，我们带着宣誓的使命，豪情万丈，意气风发投入到如火如荼ATC建设中。在高层了领导下，在一代又一代ATC人的不懈努力下，我们披荆斩棘，努力耕耘，如今丰收的硕果正昭示着ATC的未来。

Three years ago, with heroic spirit and enthusiastic oath,we devoted ourselves to the significant construction of ATC. Under the lead of our top management , with the unremitting efforts of our ATC colleagues ,we hacked our way through all difficulties, now great achievements fore show ATC's future.

离别之际，昔日的记忆奇妙而美好，浸透着汗水和泪水；耳边依稀着听到机器的轰鸣，眼前依旧是生产线的忙碌。

同时也意识到：三年后的今天，火炬已经传给新一代的ATC人！

At the moment of leaving, those wonderful memories with my sweat and tears always come in my mind. I can still recall the working of the machines,and the busy of the line.

At the same time: I realize that, after three years, The Torch Has Been Passed to a New Generation of ATC!

这象征着一个结束，也象征着一个开始。

This is the symbol of an ending, as well as a beginning.

在ATC的岁月里，首先感谢JH HUANG先生，大海航行靠舵手，您巨大的双手推动着ATC这条大船在茫茫大海上扬帆起航，乘风破浪。

During the period working in ATC, I firstly would like to extend my gratitude to Mr JH Huang, Your huge hands drive this great ATC ship,ride the winds and break the waves.

其次衷心感谢我所在的工程部门，以技术为本,以人才为先。然而在这个日新月异的今天，我们和我们的客户正面临着一个全球性的IT的冬天，经济不明朗性已制约客户的发展。接下来的冬天或许更加漫长，更加寒冷。但是冬天来了，春天还会远吗？

面对这些困难，勇于挑战的工程部，让我们拿出当年的豪情：此时此刻，非我莫属！！确切的说，客户上帝在尘世间的工作就是我们的工作。

Then, I want sincerely say thank you to my department-PE,which is always technology orientated and putting people at first place.However, the world is very different now, both our customers and we are facing aglobal IT winter. The uncertainty of economy has restricted customer's development.making this winter probably much longer and even colder. Nevertheless,we must believe: If winter comes, can spring befar behind?

Facing these difficulties, we must have this faith: If not now,when? If not me, who? Surely speaking,customer God's work must truly be our own.

衷心感谢Sunday, Jiang ming, CL Cao, KR Park.你们不仅是我的老板，更是我的老师，你们的教导将铭记一生。

I also want to thank Sunday, Jiang ming, CL Cao,KP Park.you are not only my boss, but also my teachers whose instruction will be remained in my mind forever!

衷心感谢韩国的技术工程师们,HJ,SJ,GJ,YK,毫无疑问，你们是安靠最好的工程师。能和你们在一起，更多的是一种享受，一种欣赏。“遇见你是我的缘”这首歌曲更加能表达我对你们的感情。

To ATK Engineering Support, HJ, SJ, GJ, YK, thank you guys,there is no doubt that you are the best engineers of Amkor. I have always appreciated working with you, and I will remember how wonderful it has been to be together with you. There is no other songs than “Meeting you is my destiny” that can express my feeling for you.

对于和我一起工作的同事们，朋友们，很是不舍得跟你们说再见。三年的美好时光，一切似乎就在昨天，好清晰，又好朦胧。不过人生何处不相逢，此时的离别不正是为了再相聚，对吗？

To those colleagues and friends who have worked with me, it’s really hard to say goodbye to you. Three years of the wonderful times were so clear,yet still obscure. But I believe we will surely meet again some day. As the saying goes“The leaving is also preparing for the next gathering”, right?

对于任何工厂，生产则是一切的中心，任何人都应当明白自己的定位：我们都是生产的辅助。没有生产，一切无事可成。

For production,it is the most important part of all factories. Every one of us should be clear about our roles:we are all production supporter. Nothing can be done without production.

在当你们要求生产时候，你们应该同样献出你们要求生产的力量，牺牲，和高度的精神。

Please remember: when you request for production, So ask of production here, the same high standards of strength and sacrifice and high spirit which production ask of you.

这里谢谢德高望重的YC PARK，义薄云天的Hans Liu，正是你们的栽培，关心，让我明白为人之道，立业之本。

所谓：士为知己者死。长路漫漫，如有差遣，全力以赴，无怨无悔!

I also want to take this opportunity to thank respectable YC Park and Hans Liu whose righteousness is thin cloud day. It is your trust and education that makes me to understand the essence of a company and how to behave myself as well.

Gentlemen sacrifice for friends. So, once you need me, I will do my best level without hesitation!

对于韩国的生产工程师们，YO，JW，JJ，CH，YM，谢谢你们，正是你们的支持使生产线上工作变的更加有趣和富有激情。这里真诚地对你们说：大哥，谢谢你们，一路顺风!!

To ATK Production Support, YO, JW, JJ, CH,YM, thank you. It is your support that let the work in line become more interesting and passionate. Today, I would like to say seriously:형님, 감사합니다. 잘 다녀오세요.. (┬＿┬)

对于生产线上的人们，你们是公司的中流砥柱。ATC的未来和希望，与其说掌握在别人手里，不如说掌握在你们手里！

让我们团结起来，我们如果团结一致，许多事业中无往不胜；如果对立，则一事无成！

自从ATC建厂以来，每一代ATC人都曾受到召唤去证明他们对ATC的忠诚, 响应召唤而献身的ATC人的精神响遏行云。

To those who work in the line, you are absolutely the main force of the company.and for ATC’s bright future,In your hands more than others.

So let’s get united! United there is little we can not do, divided there is little we can do!

Since ATC was founded,every generation of ATC were summoned to give their loyalty,Those who responded to the summon call to service, surround the globe!

如果说生产是中心，那么质量则是中心的核心部分。在这里谢谢你们，DW，Ellen，William，CK，正是你们帮助我理解质量品质的真正含义。

同时你们的努力让我们客户也坚信：ATC的产品永不倒，只会慢慢的凋零！

If the factory is based on production, then the quality is the core part of the production. Here thank you, DW, CK , Ellen, William, It was you that helped me to know the true meaning of quality.

Also,your unremitting efforts make our customers to believe: the product from ATC never break down! they just fade away!

对于其他部门的人，再见了，很珍惜和你们合作这么长时间。在ATC的历史长河中，我们每个人都有自己的位置，并且一直推动着ATC前进。

To those who work in other department, I want to let you know that I really cherish the cooperation between us! Goodbye, fellows! We have a place,all of us,in ATC long story which we always continued.

现在，火炬正在激情燃烧，不是召唤我们去作战，虽然我们严阵以待；不是召唤我们去急行军，虽然我们一直在路上。他召唤我们为迎接持续的胜利而肩负起漫长斗争的重任，日复一日，年复一年。

从希望中得到欢乐，在磨难中保持耐性。

Now the torch is burning passionately,not as a call to battle,though in battle we are;not as a call to rapid march, though always on the road we are. But a call to bear the burden of a long, twilight struggle, year in and year out.

Rejoicing in hope,patient in tribulation.

因此，朋友们，不要问ATC能为你们做什么,而要问你们能为ATC做什么!

And so my fellow friends, ask not what ATC can do for you,ask what you can do for ATC!

最后，带着永不疲倦，永不气馁，永不完竭的信念，我们重塑这样的目标：使我们的ATC更加伟大，更加公正，更加慷慨。并且我们的客户更加满意。这项使命必须持续下去，这段历史必须延续下去。

Finally,never tiring,never yielding,never finishing,we renew that purpose today: to make our ATC more grand,more just,more generous.and make our customer satisfying.This mission continues,this story goes on!
