【项目职责】

1、This position is organizationally aligned with Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (BREDS) Portfolio Management team to successfully deliver on critical portfolio management & reporting projects. The scope of the role includes projects across all BREDS strategies (Originations, Liquids, Resi).

2、The Portfolio Management Analyst is responsible for executing project tasks and smaller project streams assigned by the project lead and stakeholders.

3、Delivering timely and accurate reporting materials to support and facilitate Portfolio Management’s oversight of the BREDS portfolio.

4、Interacting with internal stakeholders to coordinate and synthesize data and analytics from across the BREDS portfolio and working to automate and streamline requirements with data sourcing.

5、Coordinating project tasks and streams; developing and maintaining project timelines and management updates.

6、Documenting business requirements for reporting and process changes.

7、Identifying opportunities for process efficiency improvements.

【项目职责】

1、Supports senior managers in origination activities including (but not limited to): preparing historical and projected financial statements, provide analysis of financial implications of mergers and acquisitions and conducting public & private valuation analysis for major corporations.
