After 34 years of production the 3,096,099th and last 18 hp two-stroke 600cc Trabant rolled off the assembly line. The Trabant was a steel monocoque design with roof, boot/trunk lid,bonnet/hood, bumpers/fenders, and doors in Duroplast，to reduce.
1991年4月30日，经过34年的生产，第3,096,099辆，也是最后一辆使用二冲程600cc 18马力发动机的Trabant下线。Trabant采用钢制一体式承载车身设计，车顶、行李箱盖、引擎盖、保险杠、翼子板和车门都是由Duroplast材料制成。
注：Duroplast为一种增强型塑料材质，有棉纤维和树脂等构成。
