花生也是坚果,高脂肪、高蛋白,还富含不饱和脂肪酸,烟酸含量也很高,适量吃有利于预防心血管疾病,但要优先选择完整的原味花生,花生酱则热量密度太高。推荐吃法是煲粥放点,或者餐间当零食吃。
