Where did the time go? 时间去哪儿了？

Different ways to say "no time" and "make time": 今天除了教大家“没时间”的表达，我们还会学习如何说挤出时间、有效利用时间。

没时间 = No time?

虽然意思是对的，但它不是一个完整的表达。不过007电影系列倒是喜欢用No time to die这类的名字。

需要在no time前面、后面加一些成分：

There's no time: 没时间。

I have no time: 我没时间。

I don't have time: 我没时间。

以上这两句表达除了没时间的意思，也可以用来表示不赞同。比如：

I don't have time for that sort of behavior. 那种表现绝对不行。

I have no time for rude people. 我不想跟没礼貌的人交往。

具体多没时间？

Don't have any time: 一点时间都没有

Don't have enough time: 没有足够的时间

Don't have a lot of time: 没有太多时间

既然没时间，那就节约时间，说些短语吧！

Short on time: 没时间

We are short on time. We really need to get going now. 我们没时间了，必须快点出发。

Tight on time: 时间紧

I can't really talk right now. I'm tight on time. 我现在不方便说法，我时间很紧。

Low on time: 缺时间

The deadline is tomorrow. We haven't done anything. We're really low on time. 明天就是最后期限了，我们什么都没做，真的没时间了。

Running out of time: 时间越来越少

这个短语常以现在进行时出现，表现时间一秒一秒在过去

I still have so many questions to answer. I'm running out of time!  还有那么多题没回答，没时间了！

Time flies: 时间飞逝

Time flies. The year is about to end. 时间过得飞快，一年已经快要结束了。

Time is money: 时间就是金钱

更有效利用时间

First, be aware/conscious of how you spend time. 首先，对自己如何花时间有意识、有认知。

Take stock of time: 数算自己如何使用时间 (take stock of something的意思就是好好思考、好好算一下）

Don't waste time. 不要浪费时间。

Stop wasting time. 别再浪费时间了，语气更紧迫。

时间总能挤出来

Make time: 腾出时间、挤出时间

Make time to study English. 挤出时间学英语。

Make time for your family. 为家人腾出时间、花时间陪伴他们。

*squeeze someone/something in 也可以表示为某人、某事挤出时间

Make better use of time: 更好地利用时间

Set time/Set aside time: 定一个时间做某些事情

Set a time to exercise every day. 每天定时间运动。

I need to set aside some time to study for my exam. 我要花时间复习考试。

另外，我们也可以使用一些非常好的副词：

Spend time more effectively: 更有效（突出效果）地利用时间

Efficiently: 有效率地、高效地 （突出效率）

Smartly: 聪明地

Wisely: 明智地、有智慧地

Creatively: 有创意地
