世界卫生组织曾发布声明:60%的癌症发病因素与个人生活方式有关。我们所吃的食物,都会影响我们的健康,但是现在各色食品琳琅满目,怎样搭配,才能吃得健康呢?彩虹食谱也许能帮到你。“彩虹原则”由美国癌症协会推出。依照这一原则,蔬果被分成5种颜色:红色、橙黄色、绿色、紫黑色和白色,每种颜色代表不同的植物营养素。
红色食物,有助于预防心脑血管疾病;
橙黄色食物有助于降低胆固醇,保护视力,有益于成长和发育;
绿色食物具有防癌的作用,有益于肺脏和肝脏的健康;
紫色食物有良好的抗氧化作用,延缓衰老;
白色食物有益于骨骼健康,能增强免疫力。
利用彩虹原则,均衡搭配你的膳食,吃出彩虹,吃出健康。

The twins were helping out at their parents’ store.
“Farmer Abby should be here soon,” said Mom. “She called to say she’s on her way with a rainbow box.”
“How can she put a rainbow in a box?” asked Tex, giggling.
“Maybe she’s a magic farmer,” said Indi, “with a farm full of magic rainbows.”
“Yeah,” laughed Arizona. “I bet she knows exactly how much water and sunshine it takes to grow the best rainbows.”

The door chimes rang and Farmer Abby came in, carrying a large box.
“Welcome!” said Dad.
“Hi!” said Tex. “You don’t really have a rainbow in there, do you?”

“Sure I do!” said Farmer Abby, grinning. “Ta-da!”
“Now that’s my kind of rainbow,” said Mom.
“Mine too,” said Farmer Abby. “A tasty rainbow of fruits and veggies for your store. We’ve got purple eggplants, blue blueberries, green broccoli, yellow lemons, orange carrots, and here—a red apple for you to try.”
“Yummy in my tummy,” said Indi, munching on her apple. “I never knew rainbows could be this delicious!”
