优盾（Your Turn）英语俱乐部正式成立，为凤凰城国际化街区中外交流搭建友谊的桥梁。

永宁街凤凰城片区作为中国华南地区最大的常住型别墅社区，有着良好的社区环境以及涉外服务基础，2022年，作为增城区唯一一个街区，入选了广州市国际化街区创建试点。为推动广州高水平建设国际交往中心，凤凰城街区入选国际化街区创建试点以来，结合生态宜居公园城市街区发展定位，致力于推动街区内的中外文化融合，积极为街区内的中外居民搭建文化、语言等多方面的交流平台。

As the largest residential villa community in South China, Phoenix City International Neighborhood has a good community environment and a foundation of foreign-related services. In 2022, as the only international neighborhood in Zengcheng District, it was selected as a pilot for the creation of the international neighborhood in Guangzhou. In order to promote the high-level construction of Guangzhou, Phoenix City International Neighborhood has been committed to promoting the integration of Chinese and foreign cultures within the neighborhood and actively builds a platform for cultural, language, and other exchanges between Chinese and foreign residents in the neighborhood.

2024年4月30日，在永宁街党工委、办事处的支持下，在增城区女企业家协会的积极筹划下，由丁妮女士发起的优盾（Your Turn）英语俱乐部在凤凰城酒店凤凰茶书院正式挂牌成立！

On April 30, 2024, with the support of Yongning Sub-district Party Working Committee, Yongning Sub-district Government, and under the active planning of Zengcheng Women Entrepreneurs Association, the Your Turn English Club initiated by Ms. Ding Ni was officially established in the Phoenix Tea Academy of Phoenix City Hotel in Phoenix City International Neighborhood!

该俱乐部以"Your Turn"命名，意思是“轮到你了”，在此取音译为“优盾”。其理念是唤醒每一个灵魂，一句“Its your turn!”，足够唤醒一个人的个人和时代社会责任感。“优盾”则是文化过滤器，该俱乐部将朝着正能量、积极的方向发展，倡导文明、和谐、互助、共建。优盾英语俱乐部是一个国际性的，用英文交流的俱乐部，它的创立，目的是为了让凤凰城街区的国际友人有一个工作之余的社交平台和文化交流空间。同时，也是为凤凰城街区的海归人员、意向留学生及广大英语爱好者，提供一个学习和交流的社会交往平台。同时，也能使国外友人在异国他乡感受到凤凰城街区如家的温暖，让中国的茶道、香道、花艺、舞蹈、绘画、中医等中国传统文化得到传播。通过创建优盾国际英语俱乐部，能丰富凤凰城街区内国际友人及英语爱好者的业余生活，促进他们对积极生活的创建及行动，稳固国际人才留在凤凰城居住、生活、工作，使中国文化走向世界，世界文化在凤凰城街区交融。

The club is named "Your Turn," which means "It's your turn," and is transliterated as "优盾" in Chinese. Its concept is to awaken every soul, and the phrase "It's your turn!" is manifested to awaken an individual's personal and societal sense of responsibility in the current era. "Your Turn" is a cultural filter, and the club will develop in a positive and proactive direction, advocating civilization, harmony, mutual assistance, and co-construction. The Your Turn English Club is an international club for English communication. Its establishment aims to provide a social and cultural exchange platform for international friends in Phoenix City International Neighborhood during their leisure time. At the same time, it also provides a platform for learning and communication for overseas returnees, prospective international students, and English enthusiasts in Phoenix City International Neighborhood. It allows foreign friends to feel the warmth of Phoenix City International Neighborhood in a foreign land and promotes the dissemination of traditional Chinese culture such as tea art, incense art, flower arrangement, dance, painting, and traditional Chinese medicine. By creating the Your Turn International English Club, it enriches the leisure life of international friends and English enthusiasts in Phoenix City International Neighborhood, promotes their creation and action towards a positive life, and solidifies the residence, life, and work of international talents in Phoenix City International Neighborhood. It also enables Chinese culture to go global and facilitates the integration of world cultures in Phoenix City International Neighborhood.

目前，该俱乐部以健康为主题的英语角活动开展过后，得到街区内中外居民很好的反应，来自津巴布韦的凯文先生称：这样的活动应该不止一周一次，期待优盾英语俱乐部成立后，这样的交流活动能有更高频次的开展。

Currently, after the English corner activities with a health theme organized by the club, it has received a good response from Chinese and foreign residents in the Neighborhood. Mr. Kevin from Zimbabwe said, "Such activities should be held more than once a week. Looking forward to the establishment of the Your Turn English Club, we hope to have more frequent and lively exchange activities."

该俱乐部将朝一个更健全、更稳定、更丰富的方向发展，也将成为凤凰城国际化街区里，中外文化荟萃交流的重要平台。欢迎街区内的英语爱好者、中外文化爱好者参与到优盾英语俱乐部来。
