Local legislative outreach offices—addressing problems that the people need solved

一是统筹设点布局，兼顾不同区情。

We have made overall plans regarding the distribution of local legislative outreach offices (LLOOs) and also taken into account regional conditions.

二是丰富联系点形式，逐步扩大信息来源广度深度。

We have diversified the formats of LLOOs and are gradually expanding information sources.

三是壮大工作队伍，逐步扩大收集民情民意的功能。

We are expanding the workforce and boosting LLOO’s role in gathering public opinions.

四是创新工作方式，把群众参与立法做得更细更实。

We are encouraging innovative methods and improving public participation in legislation.

五是尊重人民主体地位，增强人民群众民主参与、民主决策的获得感。

We respect the principal position of the people and are enhancing their sense of fulfillment through democratic participation and decision-making.
