招远站 | “盛世智能制造基地”项目：以电子为名，招远加速由“材料”转身“产品”

盛世智能制造基地项目，被列为2022年烟台市级重点项目，是招远市致力于电子终端产业建链延链招引的重大招商引资项目。项目由电子行业领军企业香港科盈泰实业有限公司投资建设，总投资30亿元，分两期建设。一期投资8亿元，于2022年4月份签约并开工建设，同年7月份实现投产运营，一期占地31.82亩，建筑面积2.7万平方米，建设3幢生产车间、1幢办公楼，新上贴片生产线12条、注塑机14台、智能终端产品生产线3条。
As one of Yantai’s Key Projects in 2022, the base is a major project to bring in investment to Zhaoyuan, which aims at establishing and expanding the chain of electronic terminal industry. Invested and built by HK KYT Industry Limited, a leading enterprise within electronic field, the project takes in 3 billion RMB in total and will be constructed in two phases. The first-phase that costs 800 million RMB, already kicked off construction on the signing of contracts in April, 2022 and went into production in July. The first-phase occupies a space of 31.82 acres, 27,000 square meters of which is for construction. It now owns 3 production workshops, one office building, 12 new SMT production lines, 14 injection molding machines and 3 production lines for intelligent terminal products.
达产后，年产智能手机300万部，平板电脑200万台，智能穿戴(手表)200万只，AI机器人150万个,蓝牙耳机300万个，年销售收入30亿元；二期投资22亿元，占地77亩，建筑面积9.2万平方米，主要建设智能耳机车间、AR/VR光学模组车间等单体建筑9栋，引进国内外顶尖设备400余台(套)。目前，项目一期设备已完成调试，正式投产使用；二期目前已完成投资8亿元，9幢楼全部封顶并完成室外装修及水电管网配套，已订购设备120台(套)，今年3月份设备安装，8月份试运行。
By realizing design capacity, the first-phase project is able to annually produce 3 million cellphones, 2 million laptops, 2 million smart watches, 1.5 million AI robots as well as 3 million blue-tooth headsets, delivering an annual sales revenue above 3 billion RMB. Overall investment of the second-phase project is 2.2 billion RMB, which takes up 77 acres with a construction area of 92,000 square meters. The second-phase will primarily concentrate on 9 buildings, namely intelligent headset workshops and AR/VR optical module workshops, which also plans to import over 400 sets of cutting-edge equipment. The first-phase has accomplished equipment commissioning and is already in operation. 800-million out of the total 2 billion RMB investment have been spent on the second phase, 9 buildings have completed construction and 120 sets of equipment are ordered, whose installation is scheduled in March and commissioning in August.
