当前，一期投资500余亿元，总建筑面积约300万平方米的烟台港广场、国电投核能总部等14个重点项目建设“多点开花”、全面推进。其中，总投资95亿元、总建筑面积92.4万平方米的烟台港广场、国电投核能总部、海洋金融创新试验区(烟台金融中心)等3个产业项目均已开工，“三区互融”能级全面跃升；总投资6亿元、总长度5.5公里的7条市政道路高标推进，“三纵四横”路网主框架全面拉开；总投资80亿元的文旅商业街区、公园综合体等文旅项目已签约落位，梯次开发格局全面起势。

All of the projects are stably in progress. Among them, Yantai Port Plaza, China Power Investment Nuclear Energy Headquarters, and Marine Financial Innovation Pilot Zone (Yantai Financial Center) are currently under construction with a total investment of 9.5 billion yuan and a construction area of 924,000 square meters, leveling up the "three areas of mutual integration". With an investment of 600 million yuan, seven municipal roads with a total length of 5.5 kilometers are under implementation, and the main framework of the "three vertical + four horizontal" network has been fully unfolded. Cultural tourism projects such as commercial blocks and park complexes with a total investment of 8 billion yuan have been signed, and the echelon development pattern has taken off in an all-round way.
作为海上世界首开项目的烟台港广场，主要包括烟台港生产调度指挥中心和双子楼，总投资56亿元，占地570亩，总建筑面积58万平方米，是集现代化港口功能、跨境电商孵化产业园、日韩进口免税商品展销中心、商务办公等于一体的综合性广场。
As the first project of Yantai Offshore World, Yantai Port Plaza mainly includes Yantai Port Production Dispatch&Command Center and twin buildings, with a total investment of 5.6 billion yuan, covering an area of 570 acres and a total construction area of 580,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive plaza integrating modern port functions, cross-border e-commerce incubation industrial park, Duty-Free Japanese and South Korean Imported Goods Exhibition Center, business offices and so forth.
