龙口站“绿色能谷—国家管网龙口LNG一期”项目：龙口沿海劲吹“能源风”

绿色能谷项目，分布于龙口市沿海及南部山区一线，总投资约1200亿元，分为“风光储”一体化、热电联产、LNG综合利用三大板块。项目达产后，年可实现营业收入1180亿元，利税140亿元，减少碳排放2650万吨。
The project is located along the coast and in the southern mountain areas of Longkou, with a total investment of approximately 120 billion RMB. It has three sectors: integrated wind and light storage, combined heat and power, and comprehensive utilization of LNG. After the project is put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual operating income of 118 billion RMB and a tax profit of 14 billion RMB, reducing carbon emissions by 26.5 million tons.
其中旗舰型工程国家管网龙口LNG一期项目，位于龙口港区屺母岛专区，由国家管网集团南山(山东)天然气有限公司投资建设。项目总投资121亿元，规划用地745亩，建设6座22万立方LNG储罐、2座27万立方LNG储罐、1座卸船8-26.6万立方LNG船舶接卸泊位，及相关配套接卸、气化、外输等主要工程设施，年接卸LNG能力500万吨。项目建设周期为2020年5月至2023年12月。
The National Pipeline Longkou LNG Project (Phase 1), a flagship project, lies in the Longkou Port, Jimu Island special zone, which is invested and constructed by National Pipeline Nanshan (Shandong) Natural Gas Co., Ltd. The project has a total investment of 12.1 billion RMB and a planning area of 745 acres for construction of six 220,000-cubic-meter LNG storage tanks, two 270,000-cubic-meter LNG storage tanks, and one 18-26.6 thousand-cubic-meter LNG ship unloading berth, as well as related supporting facilities for unloading, gasification, and transportation. The project's annual LNG unloading capacity is 5 million tons. The construction period is from May 2020 to December 2023.
截至目前，6个储罐主体已完工，其中5号储罐为我国首座半地下式液化天然气储罐，6号储罐为我国最大坐地式液化天然气储罐。一期项目达产后，每年可为环渤海地区供气超70亿立方，实现营业收入170亿元，利税18亿元，年减排二氧化碳800万吨。
Currently, the main structures of 6 storage tanks have been completed, among which the 5th storage tank is China's first semi-underground LNG storage tank and the 6th storage tank is China's largest on-ground LNG storage tank. After the first-phase is accomplished, it can supply more than 7 billion cubic meters of gas to the Bohai Sea annually, generating an operating income of 17 billion RMB and a tax profit of 1.8 billion RMB, reducing CO2 emissions by 8 million tons per year.
