几天前小编在做翻译时，

遇到了一个术语：

“兼职蛋白”

其定义为：一些蛋白质虽然只有一种结构，但却能行使几种甚至多种不同的功能。这些兼有其他功能的蛋白质被称为兼职蛋白。

难道其英语为：part-time protein？！[・_・?]

查证后发现，

这一术语的正确英文表达应是：moonlight protein

看了这一英文解释，才发现原来 moonlight 还有这一层意思。
