今年三月,美国女足国家队对美国足协提起诉讼,要求获得与美国男足同等的报酬和工作环境。
美国女足四次获得世界杯冠军、四次获得奥运会金牌;
美国男足的世界杯最好成绩是第三名。
而据BBC,美国女足球员每一场比赛的奖金是5000美元,男足球员是13000美元。
今年女足世界杯的奖金是3000万美元,不足去年男足世界杯奖金(4亿美元)的十分之一。
她们的战斗远没有结束。

美国参议员Joe Manchin7月9日提出提案——如果无法实现男女足球员“同工同酬”,就中止政府对2026年男足世界杯的资助。

但“值不值得”的话题并没有结束。
美国总统Donald Trump称,“我想看到同酬实现,但也要看数据,得看谁带来了什么……我不清楚数据,但你得看世界杯以外女足吸引的观众。”
女足的营收真的不如男足吗?
早在2015年,女足世界杯决赛的观看量就创下了美国所有足球比赛观看的历史。
《华尔街日报》援引美国足球协会财报,从2016年到2018年,女足比赛的营收超过了男足。
Democrat Senator Joe Manchin from West Virginia submitted a bill on Tuesday to U.S. lawmakers which would withhold U.S. government funding for the 2026 World Cup until the U.S. Soccer Federation provides equal pay for women's and men's teams. "That's just plain wrong," Manchin said of the pay inequality.
The U.S. men's team has far worse results, having lost to Mexico on Sunday in the Gold Cup final among CONCACAF (North American) nations. They also failed to qualify for the World Cup in Russia last year.

支付宝十亿支持中国女足
在美国女足呼吁同酬时,支付宝宣布未来10年拿出10亿人民币支持中国女足发展。
这10亿将用于:
中国女足国家队的训练水平提升;
女足球员伤病保障及退役转型;
女足技术发展及教练员培养;
青少年女足运动推广及发展。

CNN援引阿里巴巴集团前咨询顾问Duncan Clark称,支付宝的投资不仅是一项“聪明”的商业举动,更会带来“积极的社会效益”。
报道提到中国2016年发布的《中国足球中长期发展规划》:“中国政府在规划中提到计划在2050年成为足球强国,并投资了数千个训练项目和足球场地,以促进男足和女足的发展”。
While the U.S. Women's National Team is demanding pay equality, Alipay, an Alibaba-affiliated company, announced that it would support Chinese women's soccer with 1 billion yuan over the next decade.
It "is a smart business move that also can have positive social benefits," CNN quoted Duncan Clark, the previous consultant of Alibaba, in the article about Alipay's investing in women's soccer in China.
CNN also mentioned a plan released by China in 2016, which aims to invest in thousands of training programs and football pitches for men's and women's games and to develop some of the world's strongest teams by 2050.

同工不同酬:不仅在足球
世界杯只是同工不同酬的冰山一角。

7月9日,英国国家统计局发布《2018年英国不同族裔收入差距报告》,数据显示,几乎所有族裔的男性的平均收入都高于女性。
据美国人口普查局,2017年美国女性平均收入为男性的80.5%。

本月初,美国迪士尼公司的四名女员工共同起诉了该公司,称男女薪酬不平等,女员工工资过低。2018年,迪士尼英国公司发布的性别薪酬差距表明,该公司付给男性员工的工资比女性高出22%。
On July 9, UK's Office for National Statistics (ONS) released a report of Ethnicity pay gaps in 2018, which indicates gender pay gaps among almost all the ethnic groups. In the UK, Chinese men, on average earned 19.1 percent more per hour than Chinese women, while Indian men earned 23.3 percent more per hour than Indian women.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, in 2017, women working full-time earned 80.5 percent of what men earned on average.
