自2009年黄瓜基因组测序以来,葫芦科作物传学、基因组学分子生物学和分子育种研究均取得了巨大成就。为加快展现葫芦科作物在重要农艺性状关键基因挖掘与功能解析及分子育种技术领域的研究成果,Vegetable Research 拟于2022年出版关于该类作物遗传学和分子生物学研究专辑,现邀请相关研究人员以研究论文、综述形式踊跃赐稿,所有投稿论文将按照标准程序送审

2022年12月31日,投稿时选择Genetics and Molecular Biology of Cucurbits的专辑选项,并在投稿信(cover letter)中注明

专辑详情:

Cucurbits consist of around 115 genera and 960 species, including widely produced and economically important species such as cucumber, squashes, gourds, pumpkins, luffa and melons. Much progress has been made on the research of genetics, genomics, molecular biology, and molecular breeding of cucurbits since the release of the cucumber genome in 2009. This special issue of Vegetable Research will focus on the research of cloning and functional dissection of key genes controlling important agronomic traits and molecular breeding technology in cucurbits. We invite research and review articles related to the topics described above.

All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed promptly. All publications in Vegetable Research will be free of publication charges in 2022.

The deadline for submission is December 31, 2022, and the special issue will be published in December of 2022. Please choose the topic of this Special Issue when submitting your manuscript and specify that it is for the special issue of Genetics and Molecular Biology of Cucurbits in your cover letter.
