根据2022世界人工智能大会组委会的安排，上海市法学会将于9月2日继续主办“2022世界人工智能大会法治论坛”，聚焦数字化转型下的法治建设，特别是元宇宙等新兴概念的法治规则构建，努力为数字法治的繁荣发展提供坚实支撑，期待学术界、产业界有识之士广泛关注、共同推动。

隆重介绍本届论坛11名法学法律界及人工智能相关领域的专家学者，围绕“数字化转型 法治化进路”等相关话题从数字法治的实践需求、前沿理论、制度建构、法律适用等方面入手，共同探寻数字化转型的法治化进路。

嘉宾介绍

张文ZhangWen

张文，壁仞科技创始人、董事长、CEO。上海市白玉兰荣誉奖，上海IT行业杰出企业家，上海交通大学客座教授。

张文曾任商汤科技总裁；曾联合临港集团、国家开发银行等机构共同成立上海鼎域恒睿股权投资基金管理有限公司，并担任董事长兼CEO；曾参与创建映瑞光电（上海）科技有限公司，并担任总裁兼CEO，在上海临港打造出国际一流的LED高端产业园区。

张文还曾是泛美亚市场资深投资人，在华尔街工作多年，先后担任并购律师、私募基金总经理等要职，并持有美国纽约州律师执照。

张文拥有哈佛大学法学博士学位和哥伦比亚大学商学院MBA学位，上海交通大学工程博士（在读）。

He ever served as the President of SenseTime, President and CEO of Summit Capital Equity Investment Fund Management (shanghai) Co.,ltd., co-founed by Lingang Group and National Development Bank; co-founder, President and CEO of Enraytek Optoelectronics （Shanghai） Co., Ltd., building a world-class LED high-end industrial park in Lingang.

He was also a senior investor in the Pan American Asian market, worked in Wall Street for many years, a successively held important positions such as M&A lawyer and general manager of private equity funds, and holds a New York State lawyer's license.

He obtained Juris Doctor from Harvard University, an MBA degree from Columbia University Business School, and a Ph.D. student in Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
