根据2022世界人工智能大会组委会的安排，上海市法学会将于9月2日继续主办“2022世界人工智能大会法治论坛”，聚焦数字化转型下的法治建设，特别是元宇宙等新兴概念的法治规则构建，努力为数字法治的繁荣发展提供坚实支撑，期待学术界、产业界有识之士广泛关注、共同推动。

隆重介绍本届论坛11名法学法律界及人工智能相关领域的专家学者，围绕“数字化转型 法治化进路”等相关话题从数字法治的实践需求、前沿理论、制度建构、法律适用等方面入手，共同探寻数字化转型的法治化进路。

嘉宾介绍

李珠莲 Ju Yoen Lee

韩国汉阳大学法学院副教授

An associate professor of law at Hanyang University School of Law (Seoul, Korea)

李珠莲（Ju Yoen Lee），韩国汉阳大学法学院副教授。2005年开始在韩国Yoon & Yang律师事务所执业，执业领域包括知识产权、民法和公司法等。

汉阳大学法学博士，美国西北大学和北京大学法学硕士，高丽大学法学学士学位。主要学术著作涉及知识产权和国际私法，学术兴趣还包括国际商法和中国法。

Ju Yoen Lee is an associate professor of law at Hanyang University School of Law (Seoul, Korea).Prof. Lee began her legal career in 2005 as an associate at Yoon & Yang (Seoul, South Korea) where she practiced in various fields, including intellectual property and civil & corporate law.

She was awarded a Ph.D. in law from Hanyang University (Seoul, Korea), LL.M.s from Northwestern University (Illinois, U.S.A.) and Peking University (Beijing, China), and an LL.B. from Korea University (Seoul, Korea). Prof. Lee has written primarily on intellectual property and private international law. Her areas of interest also include international business law and Chinese law.
