根据2022世界人工智能大会组委会的安排，上海市法学会将于9月2日继续主办“2022世界人工智能大会法治论坛”，聚焦数字化转型下的法治建设，特别是元宇宙等新兴概念的法治规则构建，努力为数字法治的繁荣发展提供坚实支撑，期待学术界、产业界有识之士广泛关注、共同推动。

隆重介绍本届论坛11名法学法律界及人工智能相关领域的专家学者，围绕“数字化转型 法治化进路”等相关话题从数字法治的实践需求、前沿理论、制度建构、法律适用等方面入手，共同探寻数字化转型的法治化进路。

孔祥俊KONG Xiangjun

孔祥俊，上海交通大学讲席教授，知识产权与竞争法研究院院长，博士生导师。多次入选“全球最具影响力的50位知识产权人物”、全国十大杰出青年法学家、中国杰出人文社会科学家、“首届全国法院审判业务专家”、中宣部文化名家暨“四个一批”人才、“中国知识产权影响力人物”等。兼任上海市法学会网络治理与数据信息法学研究会会长、中国市场监督管理学会副会长、上海市法学会副会长等。曾先后任最高人民法院审判委员会委员、知识产权审判庭庭长、四川政法委副书记、最高人民法院第一巡回法庭党组副书记副庭长。

KONG Xiangjun, Chair Professor of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Dean of the Intellectual Property and Competition Law Academy, doctoral supervisor. He was selected as one of the “Top 50 World’s Most Influential Persons in IP” for many times, the fifth China National Top Ten Outstanding Young Jurists, the third China Outstanding Humanities and Social Scientists, the First Expert in the Trial Business of the National Court in China, and China Annual Intellectual Property Influential Person. He acts as a president of Platform Governance and Data Law Society in Shanghai Law Society, vice president of China Society for Market Regulation, and vice president of Shanghai Law Society. He was a member of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People’s Court, Chief Judge of the Supreme People’s Court IPR Tribunal, the Deputy Secretary of Sichuan Commission for Politics and Law and the Deputy President of the First Circuit Court of the Supreme People’s Court.
