松松软软的松饼最适合当早餐了,用牛油果做的松饼热量低,再配上一些自己喜欢的水果、糖浆或果酱,怎么吃都不会出错

用料

●鸡蛋(60g)············· 1个

●牛奶 ··················· 50g

●细砂糖 ················· 20g

●低筋面粉 ··············· 40g

●泡打粉 ·············· 1/2小勺

●盐 ······················ 1g

●牛油果肉 ··············· 110g

●油 ····················· 少许

步骤

鸡蛋、牛奶、细砂糖一起放入盆中,搅拌至砂糖融化


低筋面粉与泡打粉混合过筛入料理盆,再在盆中加入盐,然后将面糊搅拌均匀

将碾压过的牛油果泥加入面糊中翻拌均匀;平底锅加入一点点油抹匀,下入面糊后全程小火煎制,直至两面金黄即可

牛油果用叉子捣碎,加入鸡蛋充分搅拌均匀



根据自己的喜好加入燕麦,搅拌成可流动的糊状;之后加入盐和黑胡椒再次搅拌均匀

开小火,倒入牛油果燕麦糊煎至两面金黄即可

步骤


将牛油果、椰浆、蜂蜜和柠檬汁以及柠檬皮屑一起放入料理机打成浓稠的糊;蜂蜜和椰浆的用量可以根据自己的口味进行调整

把牛油果糊倒入雪糕模具,放进冰箱冷冻4小时以上

50g黑巧隔水融化,冻硬的牛油果雪糕脱模后在巧克力浆里蘸一下,就能get巧克力脆皮啦!

步骤

蒸熟的土豆块和牛油果一起在料理机中打成泥



混入剩余食材搅拌均匀,装入裱花袋中,挤出曲奇的形状

烤箱160度预热10分钟后,上下火烤22~25分钟,取出晾凉即可

●小柠檬 ·············· 半个

步骤


将牛油果肉挖出捣碎,加盐、黑胡椒粉、柠檬汁拌匀即可。

牛油果酱(甜)

用料

●牛油果 ··················· 半只

●鲜柠檬 ················· 1/4个

●酸奶、白砂糖 ··············· 适量

步骤

半只熟透的牛油果捣碎,将柠檬汁挤入牛油果肉搅拌一下,之后加入适量的酸奶和白砂糖,拌匀即可。

P.S 捣碎的牛油果酱果肉颗粒感明显,如果喜欢细腻的口感可以用料理机充分搅碎
