●鸡蛋(60g)············· 1个
●牛奶 ··················· 50g
●细砂糖 ················· 20g
●低筋面粉 ··············· 40g
●泡打粉 ·············· 1/2小勺

●油 ····················· 少许
步骤
鸡蛋、牛奶、细砂糖一起放入盆中,搅拌至砂糖融化

低筋面粉与泡打粉混合过筛入料理盆,再在盆中加入盐,然后将面糊搅拌均匀

将碾压过的牛油果泥加入面糊中翻拌均匀;平底锅加入一点点油抹匀,下入面糊后全程小火煎制,直至两面金黄即可

步骤

将牛油果肉挖出捣碎,加盐、黑胡椒粉、柠檬汁拌匀即可。
牛油果酱(甜)
用料
●牛油果 ··················· 半只
●鲜柠檬 ················· 1/4个
●酸奶、白砂糖 ··············· 适量
步骤

半只熟透的牛油果捣碎,将柠檬汁挤入牛油果肉搅拌一下,之后加入适量的酸奶和白砂糖,拌匀即可。
P.S 捣碎的牛油果酱果肉颗粒感明显,如果喜欢细腻的口感可以用料理机充分搅碎
